Unlock Block Article #1

The Unlock Block is a very powerful tile. When played, you may remove one marker (block) from any tile. Even though this tile allows you to unlock any tile that is locked, you don't have to actually unlock a tile. You may remove any one marker from a tile, even if that tile only has one marker on it. This can be beneficial if you clear a tile of all markers so you can be the first to jump back on it, leaving you in position to lock the tile first the following turn.
